Check-in 4 pm, check-out 11 am
Your door code arrives [the day before]. At 11 the house locks itself and turns the heat down; the tablet walks you through the five check-out steps.
Cameras outside only
Four cameras record the driveway, the front door, the walkout and the deck, around the clock, for the house's security. There are no cameras or microphones indoors.
Quiet from 10 pm
Sound carries over water. The deck speaker turns itself down at ten; the hot tub stays on.
A house, not a venue
No parties or events, and no more guests than booked. [Dogs by arrangement.] Smoking outside, away from the deck.
The hot tub
Keep the cover on when you're out. [No glass on the deck.] Kids with an adult.
